How Do I Request For My ALAT Debit Card?

Sign in to your ALAT app. From the menu options, select "Cards." Swipe through the available card options and choose the design that appeals to you. Confirm your selection by entering your ALAT PIN. Next, provide your delivery address by inputting the necessary details. After filling in your delivery address, click the "Submit" button. Your debit card will be dispatched to your location. After receiving your debit card, you will find a leaflet attached to it. Open the leaflet and follow the provided instructions to activate your ALAT debit card for usage.

Can I use my Wema debit card outside the country?

Yes, visit your card control profile on USSD or the ALAT Application to turn on your card for international use.

How much is the card delivery charge?

ALAT cards are delivered for free while a charge of N537.50(VAT inclusive) is applied for deliveries of WEMA cards within Lagos and a cost of N645(VAT inclusive) for deliveries outside Lagos.

How long does it take to get a card delivered?

The debit card is delivered within 5 working days for deliveries in Lagos while deliveries outside Lagos take 7 working days.
