The NYSC PPA Posting Letter is a document provided to each corps member to prove that they are registered and have been assigned to a specific organization for primary assignment.

  • The letter contains your personal information such as your name, state code, call-up number, batch, stream, and  Local Government Area of assignment.
  •  It reveals the name and contact of your organization/ PPA.
  •  In the letter, you'll find the terms and conditions of your posting, such as the duration of your stay, remuneration, accommodation, transportation, etc. 
  •  Some PPAs include an acceptance and rejection form at the bottom, which you need to fill out and submit to your PPA within 48 hours of receiving the letter to either accept or reject the posting.
  •  You’ll find information about the Local Inspector (LI) and Zonal Inspector responsible for overseeing the corps member’s activities at the bottom of the PPA posting letter.
  •  The letter has the signature and stamp of the NYSC state coordinator, which proves it is authentic and valid.

 Visit https://portal.nysc.org.ng/ on your browser.
 On the top right side of the page, you'll find the login icon. Tap on it to log in to your dashboard using your email address and password.
 On the left side of the page, click on “PPA Letter”.
• A PDF file of your PPA posting letter will be downloaded to your device. 
• Open the downloaded file and print it out.
